can i use udilluted on skin? What is a good carrier oil?

I never use essential oils neat (undiluted) because their so strong on skin for reactions. I usually use this in my facial products, as cleanser, balms or lotions. It has antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and astringent properties. Hope this helps.
