It honestly works!! I do a daily double dose in one go and over produce milk because of it. Love the taste! Though I tend to water it down so I can get more water in daily intake. Still yummy 😋 It’s a must try for any woman breastfeeding! When I’ve run out and waited for my replacement to arrive, my production certainly takes a hit. Had to latch on longer with a more frustrated baby. Both factors add to major discomfort and poorer breast health. So now I subscribe for biweekly delivery to avoid repeat of bad experience. Happened twice now and regretted each time for forgetting to buy in time. Also have tried other flavors like the chai latte, which is also good. But this by far is my fav because of the dual function of herbs and water increasing my milk production. Size of jar is most cost effective too. Trust me - a must have!! Used religiously for both of my pregnancies. Though now in my older age (38) noticed the absolute need for this product’s real results.

I used to take pills but it hard for me too. So I figured I tried this. Works good. I start my day off with Walmart brand nursing tea. I have that with some milk and honey. Then in the after noon I would have a cup of this juice. So easy to make and taste fine. 20 mins later I would have Walmart tea again. I also bought the packets like this to keep in bag. And before bed I would have Walmart tea again(nursing moms tea) next day I am so full of milk. I went from pump 2oz on each side to pumping 5-6 on each side. The only issue I have is if I slack off my milk supply gets low.

I started using this as a working mom looking to increase supply when pumping. I do notice a slight increase when I drink it in the morning and again at lunchtime. I pump anywhere from 1-3 times per day and I do see that this supplement helps in increase my supply by about 2-3 ounces. I noticed it clumps terribly if you put the powder in a glass that already has water. If it clumps, the taste is bitter and terrible. However, if you put the powder in the glass first then add water, it almost 100% dissolves and tastes much better. Overall this product tastes fine and does help increase supply.

I was on the struggle bus once I went back to work. My supply was dropping I had read about this product while I was pregnant but never acted on purchasing until now. It works great, the taste is not awesome but I have been mixing with Mio lemonade and it makes it a lot better! This was from my morning pumps and feedings one at 4am and one at 5:30am. I was not even getting 6oz earlier this weed during those two pumps/feedings. Hopefully this supply stays up and helps build back my frozen stock.

It personally didn't help with my supply, but I also REALLY struggled with my supply. I dried up by 3 months while actively trying to keep it. So I might have just been a lost cause. The flavor wasn't awful but it also wasn't good. Drinkable but not enjoyable in my opinion.

This definitely gives you the value for your money verses the little packets. The packets are good to keep in the car or diaper in case. But I really love just adding a scoop in a to go cup. The taste is good, it’s gluten free. You can drink it hot or cold and It greatly increases your your milk production. Totally recommend this product. I don’t have any dislikes of this product

So I was an over producer for 6 months then got my first period since before I was pregnant and milk took a hit. After the second period my milk dropped dramatically. I bought this after trying the whole power pumping thing and after literally 1 serving i could feel my boobs getting full again. I may honestly only have to do a serving or two more and I'll be back where I need to be. This stuff is great. Smell is really strong like a spice (because of the herbs der..) but its mind over matter for me so it doesn't bother me.

I’ve used upspring with both my kids for help with supply amount. I have always bought the berry packets and loved them, both taste and results. I was running low on my packets and have really been watching my sugar intake so I figured the sugar free version of the packets would be a great alternative. So wrong. I bought 2 containers which I shouldn’t have done because I’d never tried the sugar free version before but wanted enough to last me a while and come to find out the sugar free version is disgusting. It’s sour like a sour candy and does not dissolve in water and instead clumps up so as you drink it you get clumps of the powder that leaves the nastiest taste in your mouth. Keep in mind I’ve used upspring for nearly 2 years now almost every day so I know how to mix it and all that but this sugar free version is just gross. I did not return it because honestly I work 40-45 hours a week and have a 1.5 year old and 3 month old and finding the time to return it to a kohl’s or bring it to a drop off is nearly impossible. I’ll tough it out but won’t buy the sugar free version ever again!
