Finally an easy way to kill tough weeds
African violets, clover and crabgrass. They are beasts. This takes them out!I love love love that i can just skip the haltz bcz it never stops crabgrass anyway and is expensive.I spray this as needed. Im on sand so I can spray more often as everything seeps out faster.I just apply early spring after a mow. Then spot treat areas thru summer whenever but at least 2-3 weeks apart. I am in Michigan, Detroit area. This bottle refills the hose attach bottle a couple times so it’s cheaper after you have the sprayer bottle. It is the same concentration. I like to use the spray bottle with the product details on it instead of my refillable general hose sprayer that has a dial on it.This is way easier (I only use liquids for all lawn treatments now except organics that are chemical free) because I can let it dry then let my dog play again instead of waiting on rain for a day or 2. Plus it is WAY cheaper than Scotts w/haltz (which fails to stop crabgrass anyway) granular or any natural fertilizers in the bags.

Add 1oz per gallon of methylated seed oil !!!
Moderately good results. But if you add 1 oz per gallon of methylated seed oil, it works great. Without the seed oil, it just beads and falls off crabgrass and clover, and doesn't work.

Kinda, Sorta works, but - Meh
The photo is from about 10 days ago-Bio-Advance does 'hurt' the crabgrass, i.e., it -eventually- causes the crabgrass to brown, turn red and given time it will probably die. In the meantime the weed seeds still mature and are probably ready to go next season. Bio-Advance kills, or at least weakens, other broad leaf weeds and doesn't seem to harm the grass, so there's that. This is with applying it at a dose rate of 5 oz per gallon of water.I've tried with and without a surfactant, and i didn't see any difference. It would probably work best in the spring before the seed pods develop. I've about decided that one might have to just do a herbicidal ground clear, kill anything that comes up in the spring, and start over.

Thanks for my lawn back!
Yes. I love this product. I bought a spray bottle of it here in town. Quite expensive. While reading the back of the bottle I read to buy this bottle to refill the original I bought. Wow, so much more affordable! I tried the product on wild geranium. I was getting clumps of it in my grass. It’s a beautiful weed and I don’t mind letting it take over a few of my beds but NOT MY GRASS! It made some of it turn color, some die the first time I used it, and I used it again and my problem was gone. I attack it about every two weeks now. It’s getting rid of it, it’s new stuff I continue the fight with. I really like this stuff. I’ve also used it on dandelion and other weeds I find in my grass. I recommend it. Especially since this is the refill bottle. Much more affordable.

Product Works OK - Applicator is a Disaster
I ordered the ready to spray with the comfort wand (Ready-To-Use Ergo-Grip Sprayer 1.3 gallon) At first I thought the sprayer did not work because nothing came out. Turns out that the tubing from the bottle to the sprayer is so thin and flimsy that if bends over and it cuts off the flow completely. So I had to walk around with this heavy bottle in one hand and somehow hold the little tube so it was straight and direct the spray with my other hand. Still the spray was weird and drippy. Other similar product I've used has something in it to make it cling to the weeds instead of dripping off. A finer spray might also help.Part of the problem might have been that my wand was cracked. I did not notice it till the second time I used it so I'm not sure if it was always a little cracked and just got worse, but the second time I used it, even with the tube straight it was just streaming out like in drips or a stream....What a nightmare. I am not sure if it was cracked all along but it did not fall or anything so just sitting in my garage the plastic cracked. I have a tendency to think that it was slightly cracked and then sitting in the summer heat just made it worse. The idea of the sprayer is great if it actually worked but they cut corners on quality, which resulted in this being a total failure.I did like that the spray was colored so I could see which weeds I treated. It was a bright orange. The product worked reasonably well although it does take about a week to notice the weeds dying. I'd like to ratee it higher since it works ok, but since I could not really use the sprayer effectively and that was half of what I was paying for it really ruined the experience. I wish I had bought the regular trigger spray. I did give it two stars since the product worked reasonably well but they need to make it so it sticks better and fix the sprayer.Thoroughly disappointed. Thanks for reading my reviewBecky Brooks

Get rid of the pasty weeds
I recently tried BioAdvanced All-In-One Lawn Weed and Crabgrass Killer, and I was impressed by how effectively it eliminated weeds on contact. The application process was a breeze; I simply mixed it with water in my 1-gallon sprayer. I highly recommend this product for monthly lawn care maintenance to keep your yard looking pristine!
