Better Corn Bread
This is a good mix but what I and my family thinks seems to make it great is to use only 1/2 cup of milk and 2 eggs. I use a square glass bowl. After you prepare the mix and just before you grease the bowl start the oven at the 375 degrees. Then I use butter to smear more than a thin layer of butter on the bottom and 3/4 of the way up the sides. Pour the mix in and put the bowl right in the oven. Don't wait for the oven to get up to 375. Set a timer for 35 minutes take out of the oven right when the buzzer goes off. Let it stand for at least 5 minutes before you cut it into pieces.

All around great deal - However watchout how they package them for shipping.
Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Takes 30 mins to bake, lasts in the refrig for 3+ days.The product is great, however Amazon Services shipped the cornbread boxes in a plastic bag. SO YES, the boxes were all damaged, one was very close of popping the inner bag. D- on that packing.
