These are the only integrated key + remote I have found that work for the 2004-2006 "Gen I" Scion xB. Eliminates the need for a separate key and keyfob.I recommend to program the key's remote function FIRST, before having the key cut, to verify it can replace your separate remote keyfob. Remember, these Scions do NOT have a chip in the key, they are just a "plain key" plus a remote fob for unlocking and locking doors that has nothing at all to do with the car starting and running.That's what I did, and then I took the programmed key to a local mom & pop hardware store to have them do the key cut. Home Depot, etc. may or may not do the cut for you if it's not their key blank being used.

Worked for my 07 FJ Cruiser. Annoying to have the fob and key separate, so glad this worked out. Look up how to program it on YouTube, takes a couple tries but it does work.

Other reviews of other fobs sold on this site have discussed issues with locking or unlocking from a distance. I purchased one of those and had the same issue. You need to stand within a couple feet of the door. I decided to try this key fob and NOT have that issue. It is more comparable to OEM fob distances. Also, the build quality is better and the buttons are well marked compared to the other key fob. It's a good product and I would buy it again. Wish I would have bought the first time.

I purchased this for my 2006 Highlander. It was programed (to the ignition and door locks) and cut by a certified locksmith for $60. The programing (to the ignition) had to be done twice on the day it was programed before it took. Four days later, the chip lost its programing and left me stranded in 108 degree heat in a parking lot. It cost me another $40 to get an Uber home to get my old key and remote and return to the car. In total the key, programing and trouble cost me about $122 and all I'll get back is $22 when I return the key. They actually want the key shipped back. More time and fuel. This was absolutely not worth the trouble.

Was easy to connect to my car. Also the price was pretty nice. However, the plastic feels extremely cheap and breakable and also the top hole for the key ring is thick and I had to get a smaller key ring to fit the key to my other keys which was a pain.

I had wanted an integrated key/fob for nearly 19 years, 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, this thing works like a charm. Arrived in one day, quality seems as good as these things go. If there is any complaint, the "instructions" are a piece of paper the size of a large postage stamp with three URL's for generic websites printed in about a six point font, but the sites all work and have programming instructions, I used one of them to program the key fob and it worked the first time.

Works flawlessly, was easy to program with youtube instructions, seems to be heavy duty enough to handle some abuse and should last for quite awhile. Nice to reduce alot of bulk on the key chain.

The fobs worked just fine when getting them to program. I did have to repeat the process 2 times. On arrival one of the fobs was dead. The battery was shot. I did contact the company with little help. They did not offer to send new batteries to me at no cost which I found less than satisfactory. 3 Stars for good working function and availability. Drop 2 stars for poor customer service.
