Works as it should
It has thus far worked as it's supposed to be. As I've lost the manual, figuring out the settings with the push-button menu needs some fiddling first, especially when you haven't used it for a while. Physically it's sturdy built.

Stopped working after 3 uses
This worked well for 3 times and now refuses to power on. Less than 3 months old. Garbage with a short warranty.

Great introduction to sous vide
It is a great product works fine and it's a great introduction to sous vide cooking. I bought it for my mother and she's loving it

No after sales support
Only used Sous Vide a dozen times and now comes up with error “03” and won’t start. Biolomix have failed to answer any requests for help. Very poor service and terrible value for money.

Takes longer than 30 minutes to warm up.
It works really well but would have been nice to have a users manual. Also would be nice to able to change from celsius to Fahrenheit.

It works overall at 220V. I got a Biolomix brand instead of the advertised Traconn

Broke after couple uses
Bought in Oct 2020; used two times; not an everyday use item for many households. Display not showing and sous vide not turning on. Defective product since many others are having same issues.

Most disappointing
Last October I bought the same item and it broke so I bought a replacement. I received it and threw away the box and put it in my pantry for later use. Well, to my chagrin I bought a model with a European plug . I couldn't return it because I disposed all the packaging . Why would you sell the sous vide cooker in the US with a Euro plug ?
