HELPED ME AVOID ABLATION PROCEDURE FOR PVCs
Iโve been an Amazon customer for 15+ years but Iโm not good at reviewing items, but I feel really strongly about this product and want it to help other people like it did to me, so it would be a disservice to not put a review on here. I have had anxiety and heart palpitations since I was about 17 years old, I am now 33. I started getting PVCs in my early 20s at first. It was just every once a while then progressively got worse and worse until about two years ago where I was getting them several times in hour, if not every couple beats. I was scheduled to get an ablation procedure in 2021, but I was a little bit terrified of it even though Iโve been told that it is relatively safe to do. BUT I had the most amazing cardiologist who knew how terrified I was and said letโs try one last thing and to try taking elemental magnesium, 400 g of elemental a day to be specific. Thatโs when I searched on Amazon and came across Heart Calm. At first I was a little bit wary because I honestly did not think it was going to work, and it took a couple months to take effect. But I can tell you as someone who has been using this product for over A YEAR for PVCs. This product helped me AVOID THE ABLATION PROCEDURE. My PVCs have decreased to the point of almost none at this point. I havenโt made any lifestyle or medication changes in the last year other than this product. I just recommended it to my grandmother who has a fib too ( which is obviously very different from my condition, and I told her to check with her doctor before she starts taking it) All I can say, is this product HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. PVCs were genuinely interfering with my life and I felt helpless and they made me very anxious. If you had similar symptoms to me, check with your doctor, but I highly recommend at least trying this product. Just remember it will take some time of taking it consistently. And this is NOT the same as other magnesium supplements, it is important that you get a good amount of ELEMENTAL magnesium, which a lot of products lack and this one doesnโt.

Heart Calm fit my needs for a SCD or GAPS friendly magnesium to help my arrythmias
I had severe, alarming arrhythmias for months, which woke me at night and kept me on edge all day. After many stressful, sleepless months of seeing my doctor, waiting for an appointment to the cardiologist, then waiting for an available monitor, seeing the cardiologist again, then waiting for an ultrasound, and so on. . . at one point, I asked the cardiologist if it might be a problem with my electrolyte balance. He told me to take some monster potassium pills (that only gagged me and gouged my throat raw) and take some magnesium (I would know when I was taking too much if I got diarrhea). Well, I took some magnesium citrate/oxide from a good company and got severe abdominal pain and diarrhea immediately. At the next appointment, the cardiologist was thinking that "ablation" may be a good option, if the arrhythmias could not be controlled, and ordered an ultrasound in 3 weeks. OK - that sent me off into late-night research mode (couldn't sleep anyway) to look into magnesium and its various forms and chelations, uses, etc. I decided that magnesium taurate was the right one for my situation. Then I researched which mag taurate capsules included fillers that I could not digest ( I am on SCD, GAPS diet with no starches, no gums, no sugars, etc.) Heart Calm not only fit my needs, but gives me a bit of CoQ10, some potassium, and some taurine. No unacceptable additives. I ordered some Heart Calm and tried it for a month - my arrhythmias settled down so I couldn't feel them constantly, and the taurine seemed to have a calming effect on my stress. By the time I got the ultrasound, my heartbeat was steady and the doctor wanted to know why the arrythmias had dropped so dramatically from thousands to hundreds. I told him he should be careful to tell his patient which magnesium to use. He didn't seem to know there were different types, and sort of brushed it off, told me to stay in touch, and that ablation was not indicated "at this time". I wonder how many others could use this product, instead of undergoing surgery. I am very happy with Heart Calm and take 1 cap / 3 times a day. However, I have trouble swallowing most capsules, so I just open these and mix the contents with food - usually nut butter or mesquite honey, or anything else creamy. Sets well and no stomach or intestinal distress. GREAT PRODUCT !!!. Please always keep this product in stock, Amazon.

FACT: It has been life changing for me!
I donโt write many reviews. Period. But if this stuff can help 1 person like it has helped me, then Iโm gonna tell ya about it. Iโve suffered from AFIB attacks and daily PACโs and PVCโs. To the point they were ruining my life. My anxiety was out of control, and I couldnโt hardly stand it. I felt every damn PAC and PVC. I decided I was tired of relying on Bisoprolol and Flecainide alone. So the doctor took me off daily Flecainide and told me to only use it if I had an episode. I started looking for natural ways to stop this horrifying crap and I stumbled upon a subreddit post that talked about โHeart Calmโ. Then I looked it up, found it on Amazon and started reading the reviews and thought โwowโ. Are people really having this much success with this stuff or are the reviews bought??? So I thought โI have nothing to loseโ. I bought it, started taking it and within 4 days I noticed my PVCโs and PACโs were becoming much lighter and less frequent. Iโve been taking it for almost a month, 3 tablets a day per the instructions and I am telling you for a FACT, no AFIB attacks, and my PACโs and PVCโs are almost completely gone. I might feel 1 or 2 a day and they are so faint and light that I really have to even wonder if I had one at all. Again, I donโt write reviews very often, but I wanted to pay it forward. If it helps you, then I charge you to do the same for the next person whose suffering! Prayers that it help you as well!

Like many, doctors just tell me they're benign
I started having palpitations a couple of years ago. It took me a while to realize it wasn't normal, and they've increased in the past few months. Like many, doctors just tell me they're benign, but it's hard not to worry about it, and they're pretty disruptive. After some research, I found that magnesium deficiency could be a possible cause. I've always had low magnesium, and it has sunk even lower since I moved to the US and stopped drinking mineral water (and let's face it, my diet has also taken a hit). So after some more research, and clearance from my doctor ("magnesium never hurts") I bought this product, along with B-Calm complex (https://www.amazon.com/B-CALMplex-B-Complex-Vitamin-Complex-Capsules/dp/B073V8X68W/ref=sr_1_4_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1510571598&sr=8-4&keywords=vitamin+B+calm) mostly because vitamin B6 helps absorbing Magnesium, and I knew I could use some more B12 in my life, after a blood test). I also seriously improved my diet with a lot more veggies. Well, after a couple of weeks, my heart palpitations aren't noticeable anymore. No more skipped beats, no more heart beating like a hammer in my chest, no more heart-in-my-throat feeling, no more difficulties to fall asleep because my heart is driving me crazy. I still have some episodes of rapid heartbeat for no reason, and very slow heartbeat also for no reason, but I'll get specific treatment for that. It didn't work right away, this isn't a magic pill. But the palpitations faded gradually over perhaps two or three weeks, the worst of the symptoms completely fading away after a week or two. Now, most of the reviews are about heart palpitations. That's what the product is geared towards. But it's simply high quality magnesium, and a lot of people would benefit from it, heart issues or not. It makes you feel better, helps with stress and sleep issues, and constipation. One star removed because I wish it came without potassium. It's a token amount (I believe it's limited by law), but as someone whose family is prone to blood clots (and I personally have a tendency for low heart rate), I must be extra careful with my potassium levels.

Side effects
This medicine helped my PVCs tremendously! Only thing is the side effects suck! Had mad dizzy spells and just felt fuzzy in the head after taking, also made me super nauseated and sick to my stomach. Even when taken with food :/
