Physical Assessment Check-Off Notes

Great little handy pocket book. Good quality. Nice pictures. Explains normal vs. abnormal findings in different body systems. I bring it with me to all my clinical experiences. I haven't used it yet, but I feel a bit more confident knowing I have this to reference if I need to. :)

Great when if I need a reference for a proper physical exam or special test.

Honestly, if you are a nursing student, get these little cheat books. I was struggling with the documentation of my physical assessments but this little flip book made it easier. Much better than my textbook! The Docunotes was recommended by my clinical instructor so I bought that with the physical assessment one and am so grateful to have purchased both! Definitely well worth the money!

I am a doctor who was looking for some handy notes for some of my nursing students. I was recommended this publication. The physical assessment check-off notes is a perfectly fine notebook with many handy resources for a hospital setting.THE PROBLEM: After submitting my purchase I decided to do a little more shopping around to see if I purchased this for a fair price. Come to find out on my purchase of $57.88 fulfilled by "Lucky's Fulfillment" is more than DOUBLE than having it fulfilled by amazon. Currently Amazon will sell this same exact product for $26.36. I was sick to my stomach when coming across this information and will NEVER choose to shop by this bogus "Lucky's Fulfillment". I will not recommend shopping from such a deceitful store. This type of presentation shouldnt be welcome on Amazon and tarnishes the entire reputation of Amazon. To conclude, I would like to state that there was nothing inncorrect of the product because, it is a great resource however the vendor (Lucky's Fulfillment) is God awful.

Perfect quick reference book. The tabs make it easy to find the section you’re looking for. Contains Normal & abnormal Findings. Compact size easy to put on scrub side pocket. Very handy for Student nurses & new grads

I love these little books. I would recommend to nursing students and even new nurses who are now working in nursing. I haven't been through it all, but I've bought these little books before, and I've enjoyed ever one of them. They fit nicely in your nursing uniform pockets.

I will use this in my clinical

Booklet looks like it's been wet and gotten wrinkled, and has a big smudge on the back. The assessment data however looks great and I'm looking forward to using it.
