Q: I understand this is shelf stable. what's the typical expiration date for core power? will it last a year at least? thanks.

I had to return ONE case that spoiled before the expiration date. Perhaps it was exposed to heat on a dock during transport? Other than that you should be able to store in a dry cool environment for up to the expiration date. I refrigerate my Core prior to use.
