A great fat butt seat.
I have about 30 miles on it and I can easily ride 15 miles at a time without a break for my rear. My former seat was good for a mile or two. I had to lower the seat post a bit from usual height as my thighs are not as vertical now because the seat is so wide so my leg extension isnt 100 percent but so what, I can ride longer and in more comfort now.It is a little heavier than most seats but the extra pound I take off will from longer rides will counter that.Seems to be better made than most seats I have looked at that cost 10 to 20 bucks more.Cant beat the the price.UPDATE: I rode about 140 miles in the last week and half - still very comfortable and no compression. I love this seatUPDATE: rode couple hundred more miles on this seat. Lowered to 4 stars cause it creaks like an old spring bed. Also, the c-clamp that holds the front of the rails to the seat cannot be tightened and it slides side to side. Need to put a big washer on it.

Great seat, but my butt says but .....
This seat arrived promptly and in good condition. It seems to be very well made. As described, it is a rather wide, well padded saddle with a spring suspension. I did have an installation issue: I have a rail type mount on my bike and, as with other Cloud 9 saddles the rails on the seat were a tad too widely spaced so I had to squeeze it in my vise.I am an older gent who rides 15 - 20 miles on a hybrid bike, mostly paved bike paths. I was looking for more comfort and support for my "sit bones". This seat definitely provides that and the spring suspension works well to absorb road bumps.I really wanted to love this saddle and I rode it for three days. However, its configuration where the thighs meet the cheeks is such that, no matter how I adjusted it, it tended to press against the tendons there and caused discomfort after a few miles. I also found that the combination of wide seating surface and dense, non-porous seatcover material caused perspiration to accumulate which results in discomfort and chaffing. This would be a great seat for a casual cruiser, but I find it doesn't fit my anatomy so am returning it.

Arthritis isn't a deal breaker any more
This Cloud-9 Cruiser Gel Saddle is a dream. I thank you and my bum thanks you, too. I'm a plump senior citizen with rheumatoid arthritis. Pain and stiffness limits my mobility. The stock bicycle seat put an agonizing amount of stress on my hips and pelvis and prevented me from riding more than a few minutes on perfectly flat ground. The Cloud-9 seat is such a relief. The gel cushion does an excellent job of cushioning my bum and eliminating painful pressure points. The seat is adjustable both vertically and laterally and horn is nice and long. I was able to get a perfect adjustment so that I feel secure and comfortable on the seat without any chafing. I'm back to riding my bike on a daily basis for as much as an hour without crippling pain. Highly recommend this seat. It looks good. It feels good. It would be a bargain at twice the price.

Brownie Points from the WIfe!
It's simple this is an outstanding bike seat! Since Covid19, my wife and I have been doing a little more bike riding but after a few weeks of riding, I couldn't drag my wife out of the house to go riding because with she had a sore tuchus.Cloud-9 is a great name for this seat as my wife is now in heaven while riding her bike and I got some serious brownie points! Absolutely worth the investment and yes, I bought one for myself and I'm on Cloud-9 too.

Super comfortable!
Installed this cloud9 seat on my new ebike and couldnβt be happier. I spent my life riding motos off-road until I sustained a lower back injury which I have found is easily aggravated with a hard bike seat. I considered selling my ebike until I found this seat. Holy smokes what a difference! If you donβt mind the look of a bigger seat with springs this is your seat. I actually purchased an under seat tool bag which hides the springs. ππ

comfortable but still wet days after getting wet and fell apart after 5 months of light use. Two or three rides per week.

Cloud 9 seat
I still have my first Cloud 9 seat on my MTB. It's showing a little wear, but it works well. I bought my wife a smaller version for her cruiser which she likes. This seat is for my ebike. If you want comfort and durability, these in my opinion cannot be beat.

This is the seat for you if you like blisters on your butt!
This seat is a joke. The springs on it are for looks and don't even work. This seat is nothing more than a larger version of another piece of junk I bought from Amazon. Plus you have to almost strip the bolts out to get it tight enough to stop rocking back and forth. It also rides higher than any other seat I've installed on my bike. I'd be surprised if a 2X12 piece of wood was any harder!πππ

Bad product
This is not a good product. The rails are too far apart so it will not fit a standard seat post unless you bend it which is not acceptable. The springs do not adjust and are rock hard, apparently they are just for show. The springs are not even so the seat slopes to one side. We are returning it. This saddle is not fit for it's intended purpose. Definitely NOT recommended.
