I rated this lower because although I’m sure it will do the job, what I received was not what was advertised. I ordered this specifically because it has the brass flange, and the pen I received is completely plastic. I kept it because I couldn’t be bothered returning it.

I love this pen handle and the angle of which the the nibs are put in, it allows you to see where you're writing. Love it.
