Really great walking stick, much lighter than my old stick & I love the Colour that I chose [Aqua/Turq] . I also like the fact that it came with a wrist strap attached to the handle & additionally came with a clip to hold the stick together when it's folded, so you can place it inside the bag provided, which you can use whilst seated or whilst driving etc ... Overall I'm really glad that I paid the few quid extra, to get this stick [as there are plenty of cheaper; more basic sticks on the market] ...but if you want a sturdy stick, that's also light-weight & has the useful added extras [previously mentioned] ... then I'd seriously advise you to spend the few extra pounds ... it's really worth it!

I have had a few walking sticks over the last 20 years but have to say this is the sturdiest I have ever had I felt the difference as soon as it arrived. It is strong but lightweight, it is easy to fold but I don’t do this action often, it doesn’t creek like some have and although it is lightweight it can take your weight. I would recommend.

I was really disappointed when I received a black walking stick after ordering the teal one, however I needed it urgently so didn't want to go through the process of returning and reordering. It has been a great help and is very stable. I don't ever dismantle it so I can't comment on how well that works but it is sturdy fitted together. Other than the cosmetic disappointment, it is a great walking stick.

Bought this to help a hip problem caused by a soon to be corrected significant leg length discrepancy.Teal is effectively metallic turquoise : Turquoise is my favourite colour and this metallic turquoise is just beautiful.The stick auto-stretches automatically and is easily packed away again. Incredibly sturdy - that is why you pay the price it is compared to the sub-£10 ones you can get.The rubber/gel handle is first class, very comfortable, and the hanging loop is well placed at the end of the handle.If you are shorter than 1.68m then this stick will not work for you, buy a different one as you need to be at least that height for its LOWEST settings. Someone at work who has hypermobility but is 1.59m found its lowest setting too high and uncomfortable - there are other sticks on Amazon that are in the 31-33inch length.Interesting point, in case it helps someone with a similar problem : with this stick I can walk incredibly fast, power walk in fact, as in my case the stick is to prevent me from slightly rocking sideways to compensate for the longer leg, as that imperceptible rocking is what affects my hip.Tried a few before settling on this one : superb item (bought a second one to keep in the boot of the car).

I looked at a lot of sticks to try and find ones that would suit my height of 5'5" - it seems to be that the short ones end just before this and the long ones start just after. I purchased this in the longer length option and whilst it is maybe half an inch long on the shortest setting they were perfectly usable so I think a good choice. Opening them them out the band holding the lengths together seemed a bit excessive as they go in bag perfectly well without, but different people will prefer one or the other. The fit of the pieces together was easy and so far seems nice and firm giving good support.

This was a lovely colour and very sturdy. I didn't like how cumbersome it was to fold up and the sharp edges. Sent it back for a refund which was handled very promptly.

It help to balance my disabling walk with my cane. Pleased with this purchase of foldable walking stick

THIS JUST ARRIVED (v. fast!) and it's simply gorgeous.. if you can ascribe the quality of glamour to a "walking stick", then this is the one. I agree with another commenter who said they were too damn young to need a stick ( I much prefer the American term, 'cane' , which is used on the box). After a year of chemotherapy and a medication induced stroke , which left me wit the feeling that one side of my body is missing, this is just perfect to carry around in my bag, to ground myself when in big crowds. IF people rush past me, I lose my balance. also, for travelling, in case of exhaustion while trekking round an unfamiliar city. This provides a statement, I need space, but doesn't have that ghastly grey industrial medical look. I love the teal. I was going to take the purple, but after seeing so many people commenting on the teal blue, I thought I'd try it. so fun and pretty cool with denim!

Si eres una persona alta, este es el bastón indicado. Mucho tiempo estuve buscando un bastón con la altura adecuada en tiendas especializadas en ortopedia sin éxito. Mido 1.70m, pero mis piernas son muy largas en comparación a mi torso y los bastones recomendados siempre me quedaban muy bajos. El bastón tiene cinco niveles de altura ajustable de 2.5cm entre sí (yo lo uso en la tercera ranura).El color es diferente al de la publicación, pero en mi opinión se ve mucho mejor en persona. A pesar de ser plegable tiene la resistencia de un bastón fijo y es muy ligero. Viene con una bolsa para guardarlo y no ocupa mucho espacio. Muchos bastones dejan una marca en el suelo, sin embargo no es el caso con este bastón ya que la base es de goma.El mango es completamente negro (y no combinado como en la publicación), no es duro, pero si tienes manos muy grandes la curvatura podría resultar un poco incómoda (mi mano mide 18cm desde la base de la palma hasta la punta del dedo medio y me resultó bastante cómodo).Accidentalmente raspé la orilla de una sección contra la pared y la pintura sólo se talló un poco, por lo que podría afirmar que el acabado será duradero.

Der Gehstock ist an sich von bester Qualität: Griff bequem, Stock stabil. Allerdings löste sich nach 2 maligem Gebrauch der Verbindungs-Ring zwischen Griff und Stock, so dass nun der Übergangsansatz ungeschützt ist, d.h. damit auch von kürzerer Lebensdauer. Der Verbindungs-Ring ist jetzt lose, rutscht runter, lässt sich nicht festdrehen oder befestigen. Rücksendung oder Preisnachlass? Für diesen Preis längere Haltbarkeit erwartet.

Sehr wackling, unsicheres Gehgefühl, sogar im Vergleich zu anderen faltbaren Gehstöcken - die sind ja immer etwas instabiler als nicht-faltbare. Habe ihn zurück gesendet.

I purchased this cane to use specifically for travel while healing from back surgery. I like how you are able to fold the cane into several sections and pack it in your luggage. There is a very strong elasticized band running through the center of each piece, connecting them together. When the cane is assembled (it takes less than 5 seconds), it is quite sturdy. The one thing I did not like about the cane is the handle. It is a harder plastic and not as comfortable as rubberized handles. Due to this feature, I rated the cane 4 stars, but I returned it and purchased a different brand.

Love the colour and love how it folds and easily snaps back into place.
