The Eye Giene mask and hydrating wafers work phenomenally well! One year ago I was suffering from severe dry eyes to the point where I was pouring saline in my eyes and using a petroleum based ointment to minimize the pain and burning. Over the counter drops only helped for a half hour or so, and doctors were unable to recommend anything else that worked. Then I tried the Eye Gienie mask and wafers and experienced IMMEDIATE relief. It was interesting how after just using it the first time that I could feel that my eyes were more moisturized. From reading about it, I believe that the warmth from the Eye Gienie mask helps to keep the eye gland functioning properly. If the gland is blocked we are deprived of the natural lubricants that our bodies produce. I also noticed after using this product that my eyes tear again after yawning! It was so wonderful to experience this feeling and have immediate results from this product. It's also convenient to use, very relaxing, and doesn't require any messy warm compresses. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from chronic dry eyes.

When you click on the 3rd picture to the left of the add, it shows a picture of the mask and inserts. This, as it turns out is another separate product. I was disappointed to find that the item that I purchased was the mask only with no pads. I honestly thought it came with 4- 6 pads to get you started. Now I have to order the pads, and wait for them to be delivered before I can start using the darn thing. Very Frustrated.

Poor quality, just after a few times, it broke

This product did not work. The inserts did not get close to warm. Very disappointed as it would have been great for travel. Bruder is much better.
