Presidential Dollars 2007: Complete Philadelphia and Denver Mint Collection

Some have blank slots at the end, others don't.
Beautiful albums, as always - I enjoy the Whitman albums with their bold blue color. I bought two of these presidential dollar albums (I collected the two variations of the rim printing orientation). In the first one I opened, the final page had labeled slots that ended at Nixon, so I was able to fit the GHW Bush dollars in it. In the second one, the final page had all slots labeled up through Reagan - including two slots for Carter, who isn't even dead yet and therefore doesn't have a coin made yet. He will eventually, I'm sure, but now I have to buy a new blank dollar coin page for GHW Bush. Ha! Who would have thought that Whitman would have printed this in two different forms. One came with an advertisement insert from 2007 and another came with something else, so I'm guessing their first run happened in 2007 and was "optimistic" in that the coins would all be made in order and Carter would pass away by the time they made it to him. Then the later printing runs were made when "oops" Carter hadn't died yet so they left the slots blank instead. It's not a problem with the product (I'd have to buy the blank page at some point anyway once the Carter coins are eventually made), it was just a surprise. Overall still a 5 star rating for high quality!

Just right for my needs
This was the perfect item I needed for my coins. It has the typical Whitman set up and was brand new still in plastic. The price was great. Cheaper then getting a single page , so much so that I ordered another book. Can use the new one to put in my proof coins with a little modification.

The perfect coin display book, must have for collectors
Spend the extra money for these kinds of coin display books, just like I did when the change return machine started spitting out these dollars and I felt like I needed one for my new coinage bounty of presidential dollars. They hold up well, they look nice on the shelf, and it's always nice to see both the front and the obverse in the display.

Pictures do not do it justice
Beautiful booklet with cardboard sleeves full of glass. For the price I thought I was getting a plastic sleeve portfolio. Excellent.

Dates In Album Do Not Match Coin Dates
You know, I would LOVE to give this album 5 stars because it's a beautiful blue color and with the gold dollars makes this album look really classy! Only one thing though, the dates are WRONG! Yes, the dates are off by one year for each coin vs. the album...the ending date is off one year in the album from what's on the coin. A Real Bummer, otherwise this album would get more than 5 stars! I saw that review before ordering but thought maybe they had fixed this? Nope. I noticed this (like the other reviewer) when putting my dollars in this folder, kind of a bummer but not a big bummer, just a small one FYI. What happened Whitman, Come On!!?? Need better QC (Quality Control) You Guys!

Great product
I had bought the Statehood Quarters book from this same company before, and was happy with it so I searched for one for the Presidential Dollars. I just wish that it had shown the inside of the book because I didn't know you have to have a dollar from each mint to fill the book. I do like how there is a plastic cover to go over the coins to protect them from fingerprints.
