sturdy product
solid, easy to use--did what i needed it to do!

Keeps my clubs safe, easily adjustable
I bought this after my driver was broken by the airline -- even though I had wooden dowels in the bag. The wooden dowel snapped in half and my driver broke. I have used the Bag Boy on four trips and nothing is broken! Simple button to expand and collapse height of pole. Seems very sturdy and not too heavy. Tip: I place my driver and fairway wood in the slots adjacent to the Bag Boy pole and then put a small bungee cord around the clubs with the pole in the center to ensure they are protected by the Bag Boy support. The protected plastic cap will not cover your entire bag (which you would not want as it would be too big) but is enough to protect your long clubs.

Durable and easy to use
Took on my first trip just recently and it worked great. Judging from the scuff marks on the outside of my bag, the airline wasn't too gentle with my luggage. But when I open my bag none of my clubs were damaged, so I'd call that a win! Definitely feels like it is constructed well and can take a decent hit and still do it's job.

Effective but top could be larger
Durable and well made. Easy to operate but the top portion should be larger to provide more protection. Not sure why they made it so small.

Worked Great
Super easy to use and did its job. Mailed it to the family vacation home so I could fly home my father in laws clubs that were being gifted to me. Removed from box, extended and dropped in the bag. All my clubs arrived at baggage claim in one piece.
