This hair straightener is awesome. My hair structure is strong, and my hair is incredible dry. I tried everything, but just the hairdresser could handle my hair. With this steampod my problem is gone. My long hair is straight and shiny just in 5 mins, without any additional chemicals. My hair used to get terrible rough due to humidity, but now it stays straight and soft, even for days. I am happy :)

Bought this after my client told me she had one and brought it in for me to use. Works great on clients with thick/coarse hair. Cuts down on time. 1/4 prove if my professional irons. Be careful tho it gets hot and steam can burn hand if not careful. Comes with a glove like the wands do, because of the heat. Makes hair smooth and shiney.

Very nice flat iron. Easy to use and keeps my hair straight for days.

The on off switch is not in a convenient place on handle and hard to read. However, works as it should

It didn't even match the straightener on the instructions, there was no water tank and it was dirty.
