Will this be hard to install if you've already assembled the perfect grade unicorn?

Yes, it will be very hard! Some of the parts of the inner frame are hard to snap in. I broke a few, but was able to use super glue to fix them while installing the LED kit.

Is this the kit and the LED lights or just the lights?

It's is LED UV light. It makes the clear plastics glow in their own colors. So if you use it on Unicorn it will make psycho frame glow red. On banshee, it will glow orange. On phoenix, blue. And it is only compatible with PG Unicorn gundam types.
