My husband likes it
My husband bought this to cut down the water irises in our ponds. It’s lightweight, sharp, and makes his job much easier and faster.

Not the king
Product is weak. The metal is less than a 2 mil thick. It wont last two uses. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CHINA BUILT TOOL. Wish I knew it was built outside of the USA

Handle too short.
The handle is too short. I really don’t want to keep it but it is too much trouble for me to return. I had to cut a needle plant.

1 star missing for construction
The construction seems a bit weak. The device has not broken, it just seems clumsy and industrial. The steel is just hardened steel and you need to oil it after use, or it rusts quickly.

LIGHT WEIGHT-EASY TO USE-HANDLE IS HORRIBLE
The Billhook Brush Sickle is very light weight, sharp, and gets to the brush very quickly. But the handle, though it looks tough, broke on me within 30 minutes. Amazon sent a replacement immediately, however, with a hollow handle, the replacement is doomed to do the same thing. To make the handle tough like it needs to be, needs either a wood handle installed on the inside of the hollow metal handle, or rebarb. Otherwise, I will break the second one, guaranteed.
