I've not skipped since I was a child, I'm now 45 but certainly not unfit! I brought this rope purely on the reviews alone and I'm not disappointed at all. It's a brilliant rope!Don't read other reviews and think you won't be able to use this rope if your new to skipping, I'm new to skipping and I love this rope.After resizing it a few times I've now got it perfect for me, it's a speed rope and so very light, it doesn't tangle at all due to the ball bearings in the handle which give a perfect smooth rotation every time.After a few stops and starts I'm now doing around 1000 reps in about 10 minutes, this has taken me about 4 days to achieve and as I said before I'm new to this. I also brought a dope rope which is a heavier beaded rope and I must admit I hate that rope compared to this one.Its a bonus that you get a spare rope, bag etc. I also brought a basic 6mm gym mat to skip on, i use the mat both inside and out on my patio, this rope isn't to be used on concrete etc it will wear down very quickly.

Great product but handles not for me. If using for DUBs then wouldn't recommend. But overall the product is brilliant, comes with spare parts for any issues, great tools for tightening. Would definitely recommend.

It took a little while to get it adjusted to the length I wanted but once it was done the skipping rope worked really well.

Great speed rope. Bought this to get back into jump rope training and double unders, this is perfect for the job.

I’ve mastered double unders with this! Yay! I will admit that learning to do them was no easy task and it really really hurts when your get whipped with it. So it quite literally took blood sweat and a few tears

Received the jump rope today, sized and jumping within minutes. I am a jump rope novice and find the cable to be a good weight to practice. All I need now is some bloody patience.

Got this to replace an old one that I received as a free gift from another purchase and wasn't sure if it was good quality. Compared to old one maybe this is slighlty faster but can't see a difference so either my old one was already better quality than I realizd or both are just ok. Other than it does the job and the red colour is pretty. The handles may be small for someone with large hands though. I am on the small side but do prefer the larger handles on my old rope

Bought two of these for my daughter's tae kwon do class (ages 6 and 9). They are light and super easy to use. We had the plastic ones and they get all tangled up. Not these. They are very light and durable.In addition, each package comes with two ropes. So, when they start to grow more, I can leverage the other rope.Very pleased with the purchase.

Got three of these jump ropes to use with fastpitch pitching students for a warm-up. I wanted to replace a single plastic rope with three different sizes that had a little more heft to them. The cable itself is very thin, but it works well. The girls can whip it around pretty well, and those who are decent at jumping rope can get pretty fast.These ropes were easy to size, and so far after a few weeks they're very durable. They come with two cables and some spare hardware so they should last a long time. If you're looking for an inexpensive but durable and versatile rope this one will do you well.

After much research on jump ropes, I decided to purchase this one and OMG is it awesome. You do need a wire cutter to cut the rope to your preferred size so that is a bit of a bummer but once you get it cup it will last you forever. I jump on a smooth surface to make sure it lasts longer but I've had it for 2 months now and it looks brand new still. I use it 5 times a week for 15 minutes just so you guys can see the usage. I will say that if you are not an experienced jump roper please wear a long sleeve and workout pants because it hurts a ton if you whip yourself by accident. It is great for the price because it comes with two and it is a great form of exercise.
