Not marine quality. Maybe indoor cushion quality
The product is medium quality. I used for curtains in camper and the metal feels quite thin and lightweight compared to original poppers. The centre male fitting bends a little non square if not careful and has rough edges. I wouldn’t say this was marine quality at all.

Great but no instructions
Nice product and seems good for the job. However no instructions on how to use the tools. Be prepared for a lot of trial and error.
