AOFAR Hunting Rangefinder for Hunting Archery, 1100 Yards with Angle and Horizontal Distance, High-Precision for Bow Hunting with Range,Speed,Scan Mode,Free Battery

This is a nice range finder for the money. I tested it immediately after it landed on my front porch out of Amazon truck. Here's what I found:* Solid feel with rubber armored polymers (of course camo color is my preference as well). It also comes with handbag and pull rope which are solid built as well.* Range acquisition is pretty fast and it usually takes less than one second. The time also depends on the distance and how reflective the surface of the target is.* Very clear optics with low light capability. The distance display includes line of sight, angle and horizontal distance which is practically useful on the tree stand/elevated platform for bow hunting. Note: It displays line of sight in hundredth yard, but the horizontal distance in 1 yard incremental.* Measured various objects up to 150 yards around my house and the readings are consistent with my friends’ range finder. It specifies to measure up to 1000 yards and I have not got a chance to verify it at an open space. It does not matter much to me since 150 yards would fit my purpose for the hunting in the woods regardless of bow or gun.* The power button is also measure button which is convenient. It automatically shuts down the power a few seconds after distance measure is complete. Presumably battery-saving efficient.* It claims waterproof and seems sealed built except one place, the rotary focus adjustment knob. Have not tested in the rain condition yet.Overall the Aofar H2 is a great ranger for the money. My personal preference, this is the cost-efficient choice when considering quality, functionality, performance, and the warranty….

This is a great little range finder! Easy, one handed use that fits perfectly to your hand. I purchased it to use with my crossbow, and it works great! Love the feature of angle trajectory, but I found out that unless you are really high up in a stand, it doesn't change that much. I set my crossbow up for 20,30 and 40 yards. Bottom line is that it does what you need it to do. Highly recommend!!!

I'll start by saying I haven't used this much yet. A day shooting in the desert is all.That being said I'm pleased with the purchase so far. I compared this to my brother's range finder and I was within a foot or two with every measurement.I haven't been able to find a way to make it scan. I'm not sure it has a scan mode. I'll live with it.Oddly enough the most impressive thing was the case. It came with a very nice case that's designed for a belt or a backpack strap. I bought this for hunting so the case made me very happy. I showed or the case to my brother first and he was also very impressed.Anyway, for under 100 it's really hard to beat this thing.Update 9/3/2020:So far so good. Used it on a number of shooting days and it had been invaluable. Accurate, easy to use.My only complaint at this point is I wish the display stayed on for about 5 more seconds. Minor complaint though. It gives you enough time to read. So it's just my preference I think.

I was apprehensive to purchase this item as I've never heard of the company but it's been several weeks now and it's been working flawlessly. I've never owned a range finder before so I don't have anything to compare it to, but for the money it's well worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another. The only complaint is the eye relief. I wear glasses and it can be difficult to use with them on. I just use it without my glasses and move on. Most of the time I range an area so when an animal does comes in I already know the range. It may be an issue if I was stalking but not so much that I would consider taking off a star.

Best I have ever owned., and I have owned at least six before. Accurate. Easy to read. Identifies distance to one hundredth of a yard. Image is crystal clear. Great price too!

I purchased this because I like the features.Pros:- Slope calculation worked well- Distance is very precise down to the decimal- Size fit perfectly- Can switch between yards and meters easilyCons:- Eye relief wasn't large enough to work well with glasses.- When I put it up to my glasses it would cover up the angle and part of the distance.

Very easy to use and understand. I use it for bow hunting and the angle compensation gives you accurate distance. Fits perfectly in my hand and is very lightweight. So far so good. Great product at a reasonable price.
