Life changing help for less than $20
I have written only one product review previously in my lifetime. I will happily offer this review anyway. I have used ice packs of every description primarily to reduce swelling in my many problematic spinal discs for well over 3 decades. There are however few cold packs that are capable of transferring sufficient cooling to the interior of your body relatively comfortably. If used properly one can indeed avoid a surgical remedy for inflamed or ruptured discs by icing multiple times per day, 20-30 minutes at a time. NatraCure ice packs are hands-down the very best sold in the country. I personally have iced with the same packs that l found in use at most doctor's physical therapy facilities for many years, made by Chattanooga Industries. They were the best out there forever. NatraCure however is a clearly superior product in every way. Stays colder longer, is super flexible, the most comfortable fabric on the market, re-chills very quickly and is so effective at chilling those discs deep inside your body. They stand alone. I have iced more than 5,000 times in my life. Sounds crazy, right? It's what allows me some mobility and keeps the suffering at bay though. Way easier than surgery. I've been there also. I keep a pair in my freezer always. I have bought a few as random life saving gifts for others with similar issues. Everyone instantly appreciated it's superior effectiveness. Maybe the most important purchase I've ever made on Amazon.

Gets warm too fast for inflammation, but is huge and durable
The pocket that you're supposed to put it in to strap it to your body is very thin and will end up breaking before the ice pack will, so I don't use it all the time. It also suggests you're supposed to keep it in the pocket while it's in the freezer? Which, in mine, would take up too much space. So instead, we are just very careful with it and fold it in 3 along it's creases, and freeze it overnight.I have chronic pain and inflammation and it heats up a little too fast for my liking, but then again, I'm sure my back and arm run hotter than normal. I am planning on buying another though if that tells you anything. It also came with a coupon, should I ever decide to. Almost the best Ice Pack ever

A good product that needs a few tweaks.
Recently as a treat for my sore back, I ordered this product. The cover material is much better than others, but the edges are already fraying with thin thread- like material. Since I detest fleece because everything sticks to it, and because these are not cold enough to give me even 10 minutes of the type of cold I need for my back, I leave the cover off. Rather than return both of them because they were quite expensive, I’ve decided to keep them and halve the large one for use on my neck where the cold will be sufficient. I’ve since ordered a different product for my low back which is working out really well. The other plus about this product is that it is very flat and can even fit in the small space above my ice cube trays. Additionally, it can be stood on its edge without collapsing which is great if a specific area needs attention. To better this product, it would really make a difference if more gel were added and the seaming was a bit looser, to allow the user to press more gel into the area of need. It does need to be heavier in order to hold the cold for a longer period of time.

Best Shoulder Pack For Rotator Cuff Surgery
I recently had rotator cuff surgery and although I have a cold water recycling ice machine it was hardly portable. I needed something to take to work and also something that I could place and secure with only one hand. I looked at most all of the shoulder packs but they all needed to slide up my arm. My whole arm is in a sling and to get something like that placed on my shoulder by myself was not going to happen. This simple design fit the bill!I’ve only had it a week but it seems like it will last a long time (I’m in a sling for at least 5 weeks) and it cools down fairly quickly so I don’t have to wait 4 hours between treatments. It’s a lifesaver. Thanks for keeping it simple.

Large, versatile attachments, long lasting
I bought a Revix and a NatraCure at the same time and tried both. The NatraCure deluxe universal cold pack is much larger than the Revix Calf &Shin Gel ice pack, and has only one form of securing it. The larger size and multiple elastic straps makes the NatrCure more versatile for various injury pointsBut even more important, the cold pack in the NatraCure is at least 50% thicker and lasts more than twice as long.

Surprisingly Well Made
I find this extra large (11" x 14") ice pack to be exceptionally well-made for the low purchase price. The two nylon straps are wide and comfortable, and securely hold the large ice wrap in place over my arthritic knee and a good portion of my lower leg. I ordered a second one for my husband - before the price goes up.

Works very well for what I intended
I like having the velcro straps to keep this in place. After a hip replacement it works wonderfully at keeping the ice pack on the affected area. Only issue I had was settling of the gel inside to the bottom of the bag but it was an easy fix. Have even recommended this to a friend who is going to have the same surgery soon.

Great to have on hand when ice is needed
We have a frequent need to ice soreness after athletics. These packs are the favorite of everyone in the family. The gel structure makes it comfortable to wrap around knees or ankles. It doesn’t stay cold as long as some others that have harder frozen components. The comfort far outweighs the ability to have it cold a little longer.
