Easy to use and great peace of mind!
So important to have this detector in your home - just plug it in and you are ready to go! Works great as far as we can tell and the price was right! Highly recommend! I mean hopefully you never know that it works because it detects and issue but is in good working order and arrived quickly!

Fast shipping and quality product
For the past few years we have smelled gas in one of our bedrooms. Gas company comes does the tests and tells us there is no gas leak. A week after we purchased this the alarm went off and it proved we had a gas leak. The product works and I highly recommend it.

This seems to work as advertised.
This seems to be working just fine. It's hard to tell for sure. I somehow missed the fact that it doesn't work off batteries, but that was just my mistake. It's still serving its purpose for me. However, the next time I'll make sure I get one that works with batteries.

Ordered a second one after first one warned us of a small propane leak at one end of the house
Item arrived quickly and appears to work properly. I already had another of these at one end of the house that identified a propane leak, so I purchased a second one for the guest bedrooms at the other end of the house.

Constant beeping.
Constantly beeps without reason. Very annoying and unable to use it. Worthless.

Easy to install!
We have owned this equipment for about a month. So far it seems to be working great. Have not had any issues with leaking gas to know for certain. But we feel safe having it installed in our home.

Works great
Small price to pay for piece of mind. I use this with my Big Buddy heater , just in case. Never had it go off though, so i leaked a little lpg and it let me know immediately.

The instructions are poorly translated english
Several sentences in the instructions did not make sense. It appears the translation (from Chinese?) might have been done by a machine translator. The diagrams helped with the placement, which apparently does matter for proper detection, but the narrative was very poor. The instructions need to be re-done by a truly bi-lingual person, not a machine.It is impossible to know at this point if the product works as advertised or not; and I am not inclined to purposely make my natural gas line leak to test it!Therefore, the follow-up emails requesting this review are annoying, so the product loses two stars for bad translation and annoying reminders to post a review.
