I don't know if it will fit a 2024 Wrangler. I'll trade you my 2021 Rubicon Eco Diesel with this cargo basket installed. Having it installed in the back is a game changer for hauling stuff.

In the instructions it says 10mm next to what appears to be an allen key. is it a 10 mm allen key or socket that’s required? thanks.

Yes, you will need a 10mm allen key and a few other tools, but I can't remember exactly which ones. The instructions tell which ones you will need. LOVE THE RACK!!

Are you still able to store/take your Freedom panels with you with this installed on a 2020 4dr JL?

You can’t store them as designed, you must lay them flat which defeats the purpose of the Jeep design which is up against the rear seats. With this design you no longer have the storage space underneath the cargo rack because that’s where you would need to store them if you keep them with you at all times.
