This “ashtray” works great..I don’t really use it as a ashtray (per-say) I use some else for that, but I use it for the smoke and smell.. It works perfectly for that..getting the right size filters is a pain but it’s cool, I just get a bigger size and cut it to make it fit..

I really don't have any complaints regarding this product. The filters do what they are suppose to do. They don't filter out the smoke smell....would need charcoal to do that...but they are easy to clean and reuse.

It worked pretty well, for the first bit. But I have no idea how to reach the seller, since the time to get a replacement or refund expired, I have no options. Disappointed

They're filters and they work. Should wash them once a week or they begin to smell.
