Yes. These were recalled in 2009 and the release date listed here for this item is 2008. "It is important to note that in the U.S. standard that limits barium and other heavy metal content on toy surface coatings became mandatory only as of February 10, 2009, so all toys manufactured before that date are exempt from meeting those requirements" That is why they weren't recalled in the US. They are still unsafe. Please don't buy this for your children!!

Is there still a problem with this paint?

The release date listed here for this item is 2008 so if that is accurate then would be included in the recalled ones for unsafe Barium levels in the paint. I would definitely stay away from this item!!

Can someone please tell me the measurements of the baking tray?

I don't know the measurement but it did fit in my granddaughters pretend kitchen oven. She loves baking us cookies! Great buy!
