Dense
Although this is a feather pillow, it's very dense and doesn't have a lot of give. I had a difficult time inserting it into the pillow I bought it for. But it's well made and will probably last for many years.

It's true to the size but it is a very heavy pillow. The feathers must be from an ostrich or something because it is so heavy.

Firm, not soft
As some previous reviewers have mentioned, too firm for me. Obviously high quality, and i have kept it, but each time i sit against it (for lower back) I wish it was a bit softer and had more "give."
