Good Ladder
I purchased this ladder over 2 years ago when I weighed 360 lbs. and the ladder has held up in every position from A frame to fully extended. It doesn't feel the least bit weak although it doesn't hold as solid as fiberglass or wood ladder which is expected with an aluminum ladder. I see the other reviews and some bad ones, but this has not been my personal experience using this ladder. Maybe different sellers sell different ladders of different quality under this single page ad. I don't know but mine came with the safety sticker intact that show the safety and EN131 number information on the side. The ladder is lightweight and easy to carry yet very sturdy making it great for daily tasks around the house inside and outside. But beware that I purchase mine here directly shipped and sold by Amazon a littler over 2 years ago. I now see a few different sellers offering this product and that may be the cause of problems the other users experienced. Amazon normally sell the real deal, but if you buy from another independent seller you should research that seller before buying. Hope this helps.

Great ladder
This thing is a great ladder for general home owner stuff. It wouldnt be too useful for a multi-story house, but for single story roof access, gutter cleaning and general accessibility, it's been fantastic. Cheaper than some of the other brands I looked at before pulling the trigger and everything works like a champ on it. The locking hinges are solid and leave no doubt as to if they'll hold me safely and it folds up small enough to store easily. It did need some very minor assembly before the first use, but everything went together smoothly and has stayed solidly together. The hardware included for assembly had both flat and lock washers.

Great 2nd ladder!
I bought this ladder as a gift for my husband because he wanted a second ladder to leave tucked in a remote storage building on our farm to keep him from having to go back and forth over a longer distance. He's had a chance to use it pretty extensively as we've been working in that area a good bit lately. He says: "I love the way it folds up and stores so compactly, that it isn't heavy or hard to move around, that it's versatile and adjustable, that it has a 330 pound capacity" (because it can hold him and a ten gallon bucket full of tools or paint or heavy roofing material or whatever unlike the 225 lb range ladders) He adds: "But, it won't replace my main ladder because the adjustments are easy but don't seem as secure maybe as my Little Giant, it is smaller and the rungs are narrow so for bigger projects or heavier loads or for more stationary work by feet are going to be in more pain and I will tense the rest of my body to compensate so I will be more sore." Bottom line: It was a bargain buy, it stores well, it seems sturdy, and it fits the needs we had and we would buy another in the future if we find another area that we need to add one, but it wouldn't be a suitable choice for someone that was going to use it all day every day.

GREAT Ladder!
I just received the ladder a few days ago. There was minimal assembly, you just have to attach the two leg extensions. There are no directions, but you really don't need directions. It comes with four bolts, washers and nuts. The bolts are an exact fit, you might have to use a little muscle to line up the holes, but I did not have to drill or expand the existing holes, as mentioned in another review. A little WD-40 might help coaxing the bolts. It works as advertised and appears to be very sturdy. I'm 5'7" around 200 lbs, it didn't buckle or warp when I climbed or sat on it. I purchased it mainly to use as a scaffold when trimming 7 feet hedges, I'm trying out the scaffold functionality this weekend! I did get the Neiko 2-piece metal step-on plates as well. Can't wait!

Great design, poor quality assurance, poor instructions
Great ladder, now that I got it assembled and understand (mostly) how to use it. On opening the box, I found 2 plastic inserts in the feet that were broken. No assembly or operation instructions were included. I went online to the distributor and entered a chat session when I couldn't find any instructions to download. I was told that they don't have any written material on this ladder, but if I wanted to telephone them, they would explain everything to me. I looked at the pictures and decided to proceed on my own. After realizing that the broken plastic inserts were throwaway spacers, I attempted to install the cross brace on the feet. The first one had 1 bolt align ok and the second was about 1/2 of the bolt dia. out of line. Drilled it out and went on to the 2nd cross brace. this one had 1 bolt hole about 3/4" out of line with the ladder rails. (also about 3/4" different spacing than the other brace). After re-drilling the holes, I got the ladder together. The ladder appears to work great, and a good price. Just not for someone who is not a handyman or is hesitant to "modify" a new product in order to get it together.

Worlds best ladder!
I own a small IT consulting company (5 people), and because we are still a young company, we can not afford to purchase or lease a brand new panel van. This ladder easily fits is just about any car (It even fits in the front seat of my Boxster!). It has already saved us money from having to rent trucks or have ladders delivered to job sites. We mainly use it as either an a-frame ladder or an extension ladder, and it works perfectly. We have no used the other "modes" yet, but I am sure they work just as well. The ladder is very well built, and I have no doubt it will be in service for many years to come. Hats off to the person who designed this product!

I've used it for the 2 projects I had in mind, and it's still kicking nicely. Locks are practically child proof (not easy if you have dexterity problems) folds up into a tiny package, and held my weight and tools easily.
