I have been using this facial cleanser product for a number of years and it continues to be my favorite cleanser. The positives include: gentle, very light pleasant fresh cucumber smell, has a cooling effect, removes excess oil but not drying, not overly expensive, and a great everyday cleanser. I have loaned the product to visiting guests who forgot face cleanser and many of them are now using it as well. The only personal negative is that I wish it had a glass bottle option (trying to use less plastic lately).

I actually tried this product because a Reddit user recommended it as a dupe for the Fresh Soy face wash. I thought I wouldn't be into a milk cleanser, but I actually really like it! It is a gentle wash, and my face feels really clean and soft afterwards, without feeling dry. I will definitely be purchasing again. The smell is also really evocative of the freshness of cucumbers, which I think adds to the experience. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who doesn't like the smell of cucumbers. But otherwise, I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

This is a great cruelty-free & paraben/phalate free cleanser!I have dry, sensitive and acne prone skin and this didn't give me ANY problems. I noticed my face is a little more clear since using everyday now for a week, too. I like that it is thin- it feels hydrating. The scent isn't overpowering, although it's 'fragrance' which is a little too mysterious for my liking. It does smell nice and somewhat calming. My face feels so nice after using this! It makes me feel fresh, clean, soft and smooth.I'm so happy I tried this! I have been using Cetaphil for years, I finally realized that it was Cetaphil that was causing a lot of my acne by irritating my skin, so I started looking for better skincare alternatives. I have been using this product for two weeks and will probably re-buy. This is the first cleansing milk I have used, and I love it! I would compare it to washing your skin with lotion that lathers. It doesn't have an extraordinary lather but it still lathers some. It leaves my skin feeling clean and hydrated, it doesn't over dry it or leave it tight, it doesn't leave residue either. It has not aggravated my acne, I actually think it's decreasing the amount of acne I get, time will tell! I only need to use one pump for a proper clean. It has a light cucumber smell, very light and refreshing.

My skin is not overly sensitive, but I wanted to switch from using harsh face wash (proactiv and then clean and clear) to organic. This stuff is great...is doesn't sud because its more natural. It is very gentle (again, no ezcema or anything serious so not sure about that) on my skin and refreshing...a light cucumber scent that is nice! I think its a great deal for the price. I use this in combination with apple cider vinegar toner (diluted 1 part ACV to 3 parts water) and Burt's Bee sensitive skin moisturizer. The combo is great. Not sure if this stuff on its own would be good for acne prone skin, but it works very well on mine. With this regime, my skin feels soft and moisturized.As a side note....I have blepharitis (itchy dry lids and beyond), and (obviously not a doctor so please be careful) but have been using this to gently clean my lids for two months and it works better than anything else! (ocusoft left my lids itchy and irritated, and flaky, while this leaves them clean and moisturized and soft.)

Ok product, not my favorite. I bought this to use during the winter, when my skin gets painfully dry. First I removed makeup with micellar water and cotton rounds, then I went in with this. My face did feel clean but Unfortunately this left my skin pretty dry. Then when I passed a cotton round soaked in toner over my face there was makeup leftover. I tried this cleanser a couple of times and every time; dry, clean feeling face with left over makeup. I now use it in the mornings to wash my face and even though it is strongly fragranced it does not irritate my sensitive skin.
