Pastry Cutter Works Perfectly
This Pastry/Ravioli Wheel works perfectly for cutting my Sourdough Discard Cheesy Crackers. There is two cutting edge options, straight and wavy. The cutting wheels turn easily and the EZ Grip, padded handle is comfortable to use and fit my hand well. Easy to clean and appears to be well made. I should be able to use this cutter for years to come.

I can’t work with out it.
I own Piggy Pasta that makes homemade style ravioli. I don’t use a mold but hand cut and fork the dough. This pasta cutter keeps my “flow” moving smoothly. I have an older one that I thought was going bad but I just greased it with some avocado oil and it’s as good as new. I’m buying another to prevent production loss. Even the scraps get used and this cutter glides.

Great pasta cutter. I purchased a cheaper one and it didnt cut through dough like i needed it to. This cutter was great! Cut through the dough easily.
