Never heard of this until I needed it for a recipe for lamb shanks. It’s awesome, great taste and flavor.

This Saba is like balsamic on steroids. It is super yummy and I use it on everything! I got these size because they are easy to store and I can't fit the larger bottles in my cabinets.

I bought this bottle as a gift because I received one as a gift and love it. I roast brusselsprouts and then drizzle this on after they come out of the oven. It's a great drizzle for any roasted vegetables.

Had Saba and EVOO on a restaurant salad and loved it Had to get some Saba. This has been yummy!

Arrived in a timely fashion

This is a wonderful addition to your flavor pantry; I love to use it in a pork marinade ~ really many different marinades ~ it adds such a rich, complex flavor to the meat. You don't need much to really add a boost to your meal. This is very high quality Saba and well worth the cost.
