I use a foot raise in trainers as one leg shorter after I broke it. I’m wondering how strong the adhesive is as I want it to stick it backless sandal

We’ll all I can say and advice is to add a two sided adhesive to make it hold properly. I have to use a lot of theses heel lifts for my shoes after my total hip replacement surgery Left me with one leg shorter.

Can this be used in a trainer for squatting at the gym?

Depends on height you require, I use a 2.5cm raise due to leg length discrepancy, my foot would not be secure in a trainer so can only wear in ankle type boots, I would recommend no more than 1cm raise for inside a trainer or shoe

Is this suitable both feet

Yes, they work equally well with either foot. I am pleased with the product, it works well for me.

I bought this product, and it is not as described. It is a solid block that cannot be split for different heights

Yes, I also bought this, but fortunately I am able to use the full height of this product. I also have adjustable ones as you describe which are sold by Amazon, and I believe are made by Orthotics. These can be peeled off to arrive at height desired. Hope this helps.

Good stickability!

Very sticky spot. I was dubious that it would stay in pace but it does.I have two stacked together and stuck in my shoe ( stupid 1 short leg!) and its holding fast!!
