pisshole
the ethernet port was busted and as stated no power cord so it was not usable as a telephone. couldn't figure out how else I would be able to use it for and since I bought it to maike phone calls , annnnd maybe against my better and maybe even best judgement I had to let it go like Rose let Jack go into the deep blue sea. yes it was a Titanic failure of a purchase.

Required a factory reset and other shenanigans
I ordered this as a "used" item from Amazon Warehouse for a substantial discount. As stated in the description, no power supply is included so you'll need to have one or PoE handy. Physically, the product appeared in new condition but after powering it on, it was evident that it had already been provisioned, apparently to someone's RingCentral VoIP account. The admin password had been changed by the default so I had to reset the phone using the MAC-address-as-password method (Google this for details.) However, even after being reset the phone somehow auto-provisioned itself again so I had to create a firewall rule in my router (easily done since my router runs OpenWRT) to block the phone's internet access. Another reset later, I was finally able to configure the phone with my own SIP provider using the web interface, which is pretty nice. Voice quality is great. All in all, a great phone, but if you get a used one that has already been provisioned, and you're not tech savvy, you could be in for a world of pain before you get it working.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
The phone does not power on. Unfortunately, I purchased it in July but didn't need to use it until this week. When I opened the box, I realized there was no power cord...red flag. I ordered a power cord this week and got it yesterday. When I plugged it in...NO POWER!!! The phone does not work and I believe it's too late for me to send it back!

Buyer Beware - USED PHONE
Buyer beware! I received the VVX 350 in a timely manner but when I went to adopt it under my google business account with google voice it had an error: "Desk phone is already claimed by another service provider and cannot be claimed by google on your behalf"I'm not returning it yet as the phone seems to be in excellent condition and I have sent a message to the seller asking for the phone to be released from it's current service so that I may adopt it. If they don't resolve this issue immediately then I will be returning the phone and purchasing from a different vendor.--Edit:They responded immediately confirming that they could not remove it from the 8x8 network it was configured for and provided a return shipping label. I processed the order for return through amazon but used Newfangled Network's return shipping label. They should issue a full refund once they receive the item. Will update review once the return is finalized.

Bad Customer Service
We have Google Voice in our office and decided to add desk phones. We chose Poly because of their compatibility. We first had an issue with the getting past the "password" on each phone. Once the CS guy got us past that , we assumed the set-up would be fairly easy. NOT so much. We had our IT guy on the phone with the Poly rep and all they said was, just send the phones back". There was no trouble shooting, just throw in the towel, which is exactly what I'm doing. We have ordered Avaya phones and pray their CS is better.
