I ordered the right voltage but the wrong battery for my computer. I sent it back for a refund.

Fit perfectly with no slop. Following charging and discharging regimen as described and you shouldn't have any issues. This battery, after 45 days of consistent all day,every day use has been excellent. An original HP battery was 7x the price.

I get it is not the original battery. But to die completely within 8 months is horrible. Followed the best practice of charging and discharging recommended, still died. Stay away

I have had this battery for 9 months and it will no longer fully charge. Each day this week, it has lessened in the ability to hold a charge. It was 90 percent maximum at beginning of week, now it only holds 86% charge. I cannot figure out how to contact seller about warranty. The one-year warranty states FREE REPLACEMENT. I would like a replacement battery! Please contact me as there are no directions on how to contact the seller on Amazon!!!!
