Good grips, but took some breaking in. My box owner claims Rogue grips are the best, but these are a good runner-up

Comfortable
I haven't gotten a lot of reps on these since COVID, but they do exactly what they are advertised to do. They are great to have for dynamic movements on the pull-up bar like kips or toes-to-bar and save my hands from a lot of callousing. They also made the barbell more comfortable especially for already grip-intensive WODs. I would agree with the advice to order up a size. This seems to allow the grip to fold within your grip and makes them even more comfortable.

Perfect for a CF newbie
My boyfriend recently got me to join CrossFit, and after doing a few pull up / knee to chest heavy WODS, I knew I wanted a pair of grips. I have a job where I was my hands pretty frequently, and wanted to avoid/limit and palm injuries as much as possible. Followed the size chart and landed exactly between a small and medium. Ordered the larger size, and I am glad I did, as they fit perfectly, and arrived incredibly fast. I just wish there were more color options!

Go a size up
I would highly recommend upping your size when you buy. The guide said I was a medium so that's what I got but quickly decided to get a large. The grips are great however, feels comfortable and durable while giving me great grip on the bar. Doesn't help much on rings for me however.

Great product!!
This is my second time purchasing these grips. I’ve had my first pair for a few years now and the Velcro finally wore out on the wrist straps. Very protective of my hands. I haven’t ripped or experienced any issues with pull ups or toes to bar since owning and using this product.
