The design of the game is easy to learn, and is suitable even for kids under the recommended age.
My 5 almost 6 year old daughter caught on to this game pretty quickly. Its excellent for developing reading, math and interacting with other players. An excellent game for kids. The game is a lot of fun as well.

Easy to learn to and play
A very fun simple to play game for ages 8 and up. The money in this game is so satisfying to use, with an elegant feel compared to cheap cardboard in most board games. It plays pretty quick making it a good ice breaker for board game nights.

Roll a three!
Machi Koro is a delightful blend of strategy and luck that keeps players engaged from start to finish. With its charming artwork and simple rules, it's easy to learn for all ages. The joy of building your own city and rolling the dice to see what unfolds creates moments of excitement and anticipation. Whether you're a casual gamer or a seasoned strategist, Machi Koro offers endless fun and replayability. From young to old I think there is something for everyone here.

Super fun game that is casual and quick
Machi Koro is the kind of game where even when you're losing you're enjoying yourself. The artwork is cute and the cards are well-made (but be aware that the 5th anniversary card size is different from the original game's card size). Because the game play is very simple, young, casual, and experienced players can all enjoy simultaneously. Just roll the dice, get money from your buildings, buy new buildings. Because other players' rolls can affect your own buildings, inter-player contact is high, which makes for a much more interactive game. The expansion packs can be a good way to increase variety, but the base game is very enjoyable by itself.

Fun game, but check the deck
My family was a bit hesitant to try this game at first, but they picked it up quickly once we started playing. While it looks a bit intimidating with all the cards laid out, it’s much less complicated than it seems. The gameplay flows smoothly, and it reminded me a bit of Dominion or even Settlers of Catan in some ways, which I really enjoyed. That said, I appear to be missing a single card. I can’t confirm if it was like that out of the box, but it hasn’t left the room where I unwrapped it, and we’ve only played once. I’d recommend counting the cards as soon as you open it to ensure the set is complete.

Machi Koro is a good addition to our collection because of the unique game play.
I bought Machi Koro to play with my 9 and 10 year old grandchildren. The game is easy to learn and there are multiple strategies to win. The only drawback is the amount of space that the card layout takes and the fact that it cannot easily be read from 4 angles around a rectangular table, but once you know what the cards are, it doesn't really matter. The cards are sturdy. We love board games; Machi Koro is a good addition to our collection because of the unique game play.

Necesitas el juego original, y esto no está escrito. Además, las cartas que aparecen en las imágenes no son el producto. Son el juego original. Que no viene incluído. Dónde puedo conseguir el Machi Koro original? Gracias

This game is so much fun, me and my friends always love playing it. A tiny bit pricey seeing as its only cards and plastic coins but it was worth it for me. Minus one star since this game is greatly improved with its expansions but they also cost quite a bit. If youre on the fence id say get it, its very easy to learn, easy to play, and relies on half strategy and half luck so even new players have a nice chance at winning. Playing with all new players ended up being a 1hr play time. Great for an after dinner game.
