Q: what colour is the actual shampoo - I can't see it in person

It looks purple but it gives a hint of pink colour; I love it.

Q: Can you use this on natural white/ grey hair

Yes you can use it on white or grey hair but I’m not sure what the results would be, it certainly won’t hurt your hair, but you may not get the Pearlised effect? It does take several shampoos to see the results. The silver shampoo is good also for white/grey/blonde hair. Iv’e got bleached highlights and use quite a few of the Bleach London shampoos in several different colours, they don’t harm your hair.

Q: Does it eliminate yellow tones?

Yes, if you use it regularly, its very good for eliminating yellow tones and I also found if there isn’t too much contrast in your hair colour it actually stops the roots showing through so much. I highly recommend it.
