These books (I got all 3 by the artist) are AMAZING. The art work is so unique, detailed, spiritually and artistically engaging. I was completely amazed at the quality for the price. The cover art, cover quality, even the cover pages are just so high quality! It’s insane to me that people are complaining about the cards. First of all these are a bonus, not meant to be the main focus. They’re amazing in terms of print and they’re on pretty good card stock, yes they have some perforations you have to separate them but you’re not paying $30 for an oracle deck here you’re just getting a usable deck as a bonus to an amazing book. I am beyond satisfied and I’ve shown this book to many others and they were in awe of the quality and art and concept. I will buy anything else this artist does. Just incredible. I have many Oracle decks and these cards are fine enough quality and you should get this book and the others, you really won’t regret it! Really brought me so much joy.

It really shouldn’t come as a surprise that I love this book since my adoration and respect for animals and their wisdom runs deep.From the moment I heard of this book when a friend sent me the video, I watched with enthusiasm, to then receiving it, and holding it in my hands as I marveled at the stunning and gorgeous cover. The magic continued as I opened the book and felt like the animals were right there in front of me inviting me to come walk with them through the pages.Each turn of a page had me swirling in reverence and a sense of belonging as I took into my being yet again how fortunate we are that animals share this planet with us, and who so graciously serve as messengers to help us heal.I really appreciate the ritual and reflection sections of the book. To work with the wisdom of animals as a way to ‘see’ our inner selves has time and again been a way in which I’ve been able to transform my life in some pretty powerful ways.The compact oracle cards included at the back of the book were a delight to pull from the envelope and separate into a deck. They now sit on my altar and it’s a joy to work with them often.

This book and deck of cards is GOREGOUS! So beautiful, I was inspired to buy the author's other two book/deck series. Great insights, beautifully made, helpful and fair seller. I would recommend both. Thank you!

The book is absolutely beautiful; Kate O'Hara is incredibly talented and really speaks to my aesthetic side. The content is full of great stuff. One thing I love about Maia's books/cards, is that she leaves enough for your own interpretation. Not only is there a lovely description for each card, but she also provides a Ritual and a Reflection. But man, why are the cards' quality such an afterthought???? I was really hoping they would be the same amazing quality as the Herbiary set, but they are far from it. If the cards were of better quality, I would give 5 stars. I TRULY hope the cards for her upcoming Crystaliary set are better. Otherwise, this set is amazing. BUT PLEASE, SELL A BETTER SET OF CARDS. You did Kate zero justice putting them on the flimsy stuff.

If you are even the slightest bit witchy, you need this on your bookshelf. The experience begins by a meaningful reading of the page you randomly open the book to—this matters. Then explore the oracle cards included, providing a way to not only learn about these beautifully-illustrated beasts, but delve deeply into the animal world for inspiration and insight into your own.I own Herbiary and cannot wait for the final book in Maia Toll’s triology of wisdom presented in workshop style with activities for deeper study accompanying each plant and animal.Gorgeous illustrations and high quality cards at an incredibly economical price may create an enticing first encounter with the oracle in connection with the more esoteric meanings of our physical realm. But even if you have every other deck and book in existence, you’ll gain insight by adding this set to your collection.

This book is beautiful. Seriously, the cover, the artwork inside, the cards, it is really gorgeous. I am definitely going to preorder her next book. The stories are beautiful and fun. Only thing you should keep in mind is that the cards that are included are in an envelope in the back of the book in perforated sheets. So, when you take them apart you get that little nub from the perforation. The cardstock is also very thin and bends super easy. Now, that said, the artwork is so beautiful I simply don't care. I will trim the nubs and laminate them and it will be a non issue. I still recommend purchasing I own both of her books and will be buying the 3rd book as well.

This book is great! My only concern is the package that holds the cards that come with this book. The interior design of the back cover and front cover is so pretty but gluing on a plastic like envelope to the end leaves no way to safely take it off and be left with the pattern intact. Though this is only an aesthetic thing- which i why i still gave the book a high rating because it is good and helpful.

The book itself is amazing. The quality, the content , the artwork is so beautiful!!!! But the card at the ends are so disappointing... The quality is very low almost paper thin... I would give 5 stars if the cards were a little bigger and thicker. And the pocket that holds the cards ?? What is that ? It just rips everything ...

The media could not be loaded.  Realmente es un libro hermoso... bellísimo. Me conecté con el desde que lo tuve en mis manos. Las ilustraciones son exquisitas y la información es 100% vista desde un aspecto espiritual, lo cual en lo personal me encantó.Sin embargo, es apenas una probadita de la sabiduría de los animales y cómo podemos aprender de ellos y aplicarlo a nuestras vidas. Quieres más! Y las cartas dejan mucho que desear, tanto en calidad del papel y gramaje del mismo, como en el tamaño del deck, que no deja disfrutar la belleza de las ilustraciones al máximo.Espero en una próxima edición consideren estos aspectos para gozar aún más de esta bellísimo libro 💜

The book is beautiful but the cards come in this back pocket on the inside of the back cover and I had to separate the cards myself which is fine, but there is no way to put the cards back in without ripping the pocket. At least not with my clumsy hands. I keep the cards beside the book but I assume one day some will get lost or crumpled. The messages are nice and the book is good quality.

Wanted the book to go in my collection, was in perfect condition. Also I never read everything about what was included with the book so it was a nice surprise seeing the 36 Oracle Cards! 😍 So I'm super happy with it!

Book cover, deck, art, those things are great, but I didn't like the content, because it's shallow, and sometimes the autor write things that are scientifically inaccurate. I have the feeling that the book was written in rush. The writting was just... slopying. But you still can use de oracle, the deck is amazing, with beautiful art. Just remember make some research about the subjects.
