Worth it
For a small net it works exactly as needed and was very easy to put together

Here is how to do the net
Ok so the instructions show going through every hole. That doesn't work. The way I did it was to put the triangle franklin part on then flip that down. Zip Tie the corners on and start in the middle and work both ways. I did every 4th hole with extra at the corners and had a bunch left over. every third hole might be the magic. Took maybe 20 minutes this way. Good luck!

Good Product; Good Value (use every other hole to attach!)
Very solid product. Since the written instructions are so limited, I'll share this here:When connecting the net to the pipe, loop through EVERY OTHER hole in the net. If you go every hole, you'll end up needing twice as much rope as they provide.

Nice!
We purchased this net for our son to practice Lacrosse. The net is a great size, it doesn’t confuse his skill. It was easy to assemble, and is sturdy. It is not portable. It did help my son to have his own net at home to practice with, so it was a great investment.

Early impressions are good
I bought this for my son to use for practice at home. It is easy to assemble and the tubing used for the frame feels sturdy and durable. The net also seems to be good quality as well in comparison to some practice soccer goals I’ve owned. Assembly took about 30 minutes and most of that time was spent attaching the net to the frame. It is lightweight enough that my son and I could easily move it across the yard and so far my son has not complained about it being unstable. I have paid more for lower quality sports gear, so I am pleased as long as it holds up with use.

Great goal, HORRIBLE (literally wrong) Instructions
If you put the goal together, using common sense and completely, ignore the instructions, you will Be better off. It’s an easy goal to assemble using common sense but I’m the type of person that likes to follow instructions to make sure I don’t shoot myself in the foot. I bought two of these and put them together per the instructions. Both had the same horrible fit and resulted in a 48“ x 60“ goal that was actually only 46 inches wide at the bottom. It didn’t go together easily either, so it became obvious to me that the polls were not in the right positions. Franklin instructions say to put the long straight poles on the vertical portion of the goal and the short ones on the ground portion, but it should be just the opposite. Also, it seems obvious to me that the plastic twine that attaches the net to the goal is going to become brittle and crumble very quickly. It’s like the Ikea twine but 1/4 as thick. Some of the strands already got cut on the edges of the tubes where sections meet. I give it a week or less before it breaks. Do yourself a favor and lace it up with stronger rope or you’ll be re-doing it ( like me).

Extremely happy with this Lax goal.
This Lax goal is outstanding and absolutely unbeatable for the price. The size is exactly right. Both my son and daughter play so we got one for the backyard and it has really ramped up their shooting skills because they get to shoot at a goal every day at home. You can go out and purchase really expensive lax goals if you want but unless you're using them for real games, you're really just wasting you money. One caveat is that we are not planning on transporting this goal anywhere. It's wouldn't be convenient to detach and transport, but this isn't a consideration of mine. This Franklin goal is sturdy and easy to assemble. After reading the other reviews I was a bit worried that attaching the net would be a huge pain, but it really isn't that bad at all. I cut the attachment string and attached the net about 15 ft at a time burning the string ends with a lighter so they wouldn't come undone. It helps if you get a second person to hold the net taut as you string it through the net and onto the bars. Piece of cake. We just use the goal and leave it out in the backyard in the elements. So far it has survived 2 months of rain and cold and looks like it's brand new. We've launched WAY over 2000 shots at it by now and it's holding up great. If it falls apart eventually so what? I'd buy it again and again because for the price of other goals, I can by several brand new Franklin goals. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who plays. It definitely improves your shooting game.
