I need 1 3/4 by 3 1/4 rolodex cards.

Scarce as hens teeth... I resorted to making my own. I did internet searches and was not able to find that size that is part the the mini Rolodex unit.

Do these rolodex card refills have a clear sleeve around it to insert and hold a business card?

Old reviews talk about how flimsy these are. Are they more heavy duty now?

They are truly flimsy compared to the old ones. If you glued two of them together you would have something like the original product. Being as thin as they they just don't respond the same to your fingertips.
