This cymbal is extremely versatile and has very unique sounds. Sort of like a closed high hat but a little more raspy. Cool, cool cymbal!!!!

Sharp or sloppy. Pitch is good and cuts through. Works for Latin percussion or a funky, cheezy hat sound. fakes a good clap. I like the mounting system and wish I could buy that separately.

Its great, Right out of the Box sounded excellent. I've never used a stack before and was a little curious of how to technically put it together, no instructions but if you know drums, than its common sense. After abit of use, it has this static sound not so much like a good stack but more like a clash still love it. Check on Instagram @KeenTruce for it being used.

I hoped this could replace my original Zildjian Gen 16 14” hi-hats as a pleasant-sounding, low-volume practice hi-hat. Nope! It’s the worst sounding hi-hat I’ve ever tried. Individually, the top & bottom bells are far more pleasing than the 18” Gen 16 ride but I don’t need 2 stand-alone bells. I don’t care for the stacked sound. Seems like a good quality product, just not for me.
