This charm was horrible it looks nothing like the picture the charm looks like a two year old made it the plating of the Color is lumpy and it's just completely a mess the words can't even be read out and where the girls face is supposed to be it's just a big ball no girl face at all this was a waste of money the seller should be ashamed of him self for even having the odasity to ship something like this to a customer

Lovely charm. It is not as shiny as it shows in the picture, but it is very beautiful and well made. Four stars!

the image of the item is very different from what you will be getting in the mail: it is very rough and of very poor quality. I would not waste money on that charm and i would rather spend more to get a real pandora charm for that matter. I had to return it.
