Best seasoning
My dad put me on to this seasoning and we love it. None of the stores in my area sell this so Amazon is the only way for me to get it at the moment. Definitely something I need to keep in stock for when I’m able to get my hands on some oxtail. Mostly purchased during the holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas and sometimes New Year’s Eve. We use 1 whole bottle at a time just because the oxtail we are able to get are so thick. Definitely let the seasoning sick for a day on them and then cook with it and it’s tasty.

The thing that I liked about this particular product was the taste, it was and is extremely good! I cooked oxtails.

Mostly salt but still…
The ingredients list salt first but the other spices do enrich the flavor of my meat stews. I was expecting a little heat and something more different than a seasoning salt. It’s not. But useful if you adjust your expectations.
