They serve their purpose.

This slipper is an absolute junk. It’s a very cheaply made product with a heavy flexible rubber. Unsmooth finish with loose plastic pieces sticking out from all around the outeredges of both soles. I wouldn’t wear this even if it was for free. It provides very little support let alone massage. The so called foot massage layer glued to the surface is already detached from the top of one of the slippers. I could go on but I’ll stop... as for their customer service, here is what I experienced, I purchased this item by mistake thinking it was a new design of another brand I buy regularly. Once i checked out, I immediately realized my mistake and contacted the seller to cancel my order. Obviously my request was ignored. The following day I received notice of shipment of order. Once it was delivered I contacted the seller again, expecting a smooth sailing return authorization. To my surprise they responded “this item is not d” ... what??? I guess knowing their product they must be afraid that once they open that gate they won’t be able to stop the flood of returns.
