The best and most comfortable, albeit most expensive, incontinence briefs I’ve found
These are the best incontinence briefs I’ve found. They are comfortable with no scratchy edges as so many brands have, and test Amazon house brand I’m looking at you. They absorb a great deal without feeling wet and last a long time. The biggest drawback is they’re fairly bulky, including between the legs and while these are intended for overnight, they do/nt have a daytime version so they add a bit of bulk under clothing. The range of sizes is the best I’ve seen with sizes up to a 90” hip. I ordered a couple of the 4-pack sample packs and each included a sample either their excellent wipes or their pad booster, which is applied inside the briefs for even more absorbency. Pros: very comfortable, absorb a lot of pee, fit range is excellent for larger people. I chose the 2X as the 1X is just barely too small. Cons: very expensive, a bit bulky I recommend these highly.

Best I have tried....pricey though
I have had to wear men's incontinence disposable underwear since my last surgery. I have tried every brand out there. Some are very good, some are terrible. These are by far the very best ones I have tried. I think they are going to be my "go to" brand from now on. They are comfortable, extremely well made and durable, do not leak and are extremely absorbent. ONE PROBLEM: THEY ARE PRICEY....much more than some of the good satisfactory brands I have tried. I think I will reserve using this brand for when I have to leave the house, socialize, etc.

Great fit and no overnight leakage !
Best diapers for my husband who has Alzheimer’s, no overnight leakage or during the day and believe me we have tried them ALL ! They even sent me some extra samples with wipes ! Wasted my money on all the other brands ! Thank You NorthShore !

Depends on your expectations
First, your impressions of this diaper will be formed by what you're comparing it to. If you've been wearing Depends Flex Fit or Tena for Men, these will probably seem like the best product ever made. However, if you're used to wearing full tape-on diapers like the Abena M4 of NorthShore's own Supreme diaper, you may be disappointed. However, that's not to say that they aren't okay. As far as pull ups go, they're actually quite good. For being a relatively high-capacity pull up, they fit quite snugly when you first put them on. Them don't seem terribly big or bulky, and the waistband comes doesn't come up much higher than a full-rise pair of briefs. Compared to store-brand pull ups, the absorbency is much better. For me on a normal day, these could handle two regular wettings as long as I didn't flood them or wet the second time while sitting down. The downside to this is that they absolutely will leak if you flood or even just heavily wet them while sitting down, and even when standing up a second full flood will cause them to leak. Additionally, while they are fairly discreet when dry, they do bulk up a decent amount in the front when wet. However, I never noticed much of an increase in size in the back despite the fact that they are fairly good at wicking moisture. They are decent for what they are, but don't expect miracles if you're used to a premium tape-on diaper.

Surprisingly Absorbant and Comfortable!
As a full-time rideshare driver, I spend long hours on the road, often with passengers in the car and sometimes no easy access to restrooms—especially on long-distance trips. The NorthShore GoSupreme protective underwear has been a total game-changer for me. These diapers are incredibly absorbent—they hold a surprising amount of urine and have never leaked on me. I’ve tested them during some of my longest rides, and I always feel dry, comfortable, and confident. The fit is secure yet discreet, and the material is soft and breathable, so I never feel like I’m wearing anything uncomfortable. The heavy-duty waistband and leg elastics make a big difference when I'm getting in and out of the car throughout the day. If you take long roadtrips like I do, or just need reliable protection for long periods of time, these are absolutely worth it. Five stars all the way!

TO EXPENSIVE AND THE PRICES GONE UP.
The product is great and the only pullup that fits my 13yr old non-verbal verbal autistic son. But now they raised the price from $112 to $123 with subscription. Thought the original price was high but now im not going to be able to afford $123 every week and alot of other families too. But again the pull-ups are great the only ones I found that don't leak, but please think of the families who are desperate need of your product and lower your prices.
