I actually bought these mats to practice on making macarons, but I also use the for all type of baking , don't need to grease your pan use these , easy to clean , love that its reusable . love them

For someone learning to make macrons these mats were a life savor and recommend by my chef instructor as well to help us learn how to make a prefect macron every time!

These are really nice, as good as the French brand. My only complaint for macarons is the outer line of the circle templates is dotted and very hard to see. And not just distance-wise but the material almost makes it like holographic so no matter how close I get I can’t see the line when I’m piping. Strange design for the template!

I used to use parchment paper for all of my baking, but not anymore!These mats are perfect and fit great into my half-sheet aluminum pans.My cookies come off of them easily and no cooking spray is needed.

You just need this when making macarons . Now granted I am not an expert at making them but boy oh boy this really helps with sizing them !
