HI, These tubes are 7.5 Inches long. diameter is 1.5Inch lmk if you have any other questions.

Can I use them in the oven?

Yes, I did. However, be sure to grease them first. I did not and where the egg white I used to glue them closed touched the mold, the cannoli stuck to the tube. It was very difficult to get it off without breaking. Second time around, greasing the mold did the trick. Keep in mind that baking the shells gives a result that is not puffy as the deep fried shell is.

Can you fit one mold inside of another one to make one larger mold?

No, you cannot. Cannoli come in one size. Besides, a mold inside another mold would make a smaller mold.
