Very impressed with the quality of the unit. It was well worth the higher cost due to the design and how well it works for me. It beats two other units made by other manufacturers. Some of the features I like: 1. Very comfortable and easy to put on and to use while swimming laps. 2. No issues with hair getting caught while wearing or removing. 3. Easy to breathe. 4. No water leakage. 5. Mouthpiece is easy to rotate so you can talk without having to remove the snorkel from my head. It has become my go to snorkel. I’ve used it 5 times for my 35-40 minute lap swimmers sessions.

Seemless design. The triangular headpiece shape is excellent, feels great and like barely anything against my forehead. The mouthpiece, too, the angles are perfect and it barely feels like I’m wearing a snorkel at all. Excellent!

For the first couple swims, it was much better than the regular swimmer snorkel which has repeatedly taken in water and needs to be emptied or have gaskets replaced. Then this one started doing the same thing. Very disappointing for a brand new product. I am past my return window but would love it replaced! I now on three Finis snorkels that are problematic!

As a swimmer who uses the total immersion technique - a center snorkel has been a game changer for my performance. I always put up the the 'forehead denting' discomfort of the standard Finis and when I wore out that one by biting through the mouth piece decided to try this version. This model is super comfortable and unlike other snorkels I've seen - even though its less rigid than the standard Finis, it stays in place perfectly even when I swim against a current or in open water. This is my second one - the weak link is the yellow strap which broke on my last one. It's softer than the standard Finish rubber strap and stretches as you pull it behind your head. This would be a design improvement to look for - but still well worth it for the solid comfort + performance. Another minor issue is that this does not come apart for cleaning (at least I haven't managed to and it doesn't look like it's meant to). This has a size/height adjustment which essentially sets the mouth and forehead distance based on clicking it into place where the mouth and snorkel come together (the black and clear portions). I'm guessing that this was the trade-off of the ability to disassemble. Great snorkel and I'm sure I'll buy a third one when this one invariably wears out.

I really wanted to like this snorkel. The center head mount was comfortable and I liked the angle of the tube. BUT, the straps are so short that I couldn't get them around my head! Even loosening them to the longest length was too tight! I am a medium size woman with a medium size head. This might work for people with tiny heads or kids, but I can't imagine it would be comfortable for anyone with a normal size head. Finis, if you make the straps longer to accommodate all size heads and I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

This snorkel is a game changer when it comes to swimming laps! Love it. I’m glad I opted for the FINIS. The mouthpiece fits perfectly. It fits comfortably around my head. No water splashes through the snorkel. Just wonderful. I highly recommend it. Don’t settle for a less quality snorkel.

Excellent improvement on the original Finis swim snorkle. Much more comfortable, lightweight and it makes flip turns a cinch. My only complaint is that even after I adjust the mouthpiece to the longest length, it still doesn't reach the mouth all the way and comes out sometimes.

This is my third front facing snorkel. The first two were each from different companies, one wobbled when swimming fast and the other had a triangular shaped tube, which although this eliminated the wobble it leaked from either seal where the mouth piece joined the tube and or the diaphragm on the purge valve. The wide forehead pad on this snorkel eliminates any wobble and it does not leak even with the facility to swivel the mouth piece from side to side to enable a conversation without removing the whole snorkel and to adjust the length of the snorkel. So far, this is by far the best front facing snorkel I have used.

About 3 years ago I got a Finis snorkel, but I received a refund because the strap broke. The company was very compliant. Talking with Ai these days, and reviewing this one, I got it along with a couple of cool hand paddles. This snorkel is very professional and sturdy. Unless the pipe breaks on a seam - which I can't imagine - it will last forever - I'm sure.

Very good product. I have a back injury which is aggravated by kicking. Along with a pull buoy, this enables me to swim without kicking or moving my head out of the water, protecting my back. Just remember not to breathe with your nose!
