This is a great product, but the Amazon shipping was a problem. The product I received had been melted and didn't look new. I use this all the time and haven't had this problem before. This is an Amazon problem. They didn't store it corrrectly in their warehouse and it became too warm.

Nice to know I can get these with the estrogen on Amazon without a prescription. Only thing I don't like is they are oval and are hard to insert. I use an applicator or I really struggle. A cone shape would be better. And these melt in no time, so don't waste time. Like my prescription better.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the strong chocolate smell these suppositories give off. No doubt the smell is from the cocoa butter. Reader, I don't like smelling this way! After insertion, the odor permeates the bed, my panties, my jammies, and it's all over my hands. And I can't get up to wash my hands until the pellet dissolves; otherwise, in my case, it pops out when I stand up. The package arrived quickly but it was obvious that the suppositories had melted somewhere along the line. I put them in the fridge to firm up but each suppository was deformed.
