Best headset I’ve ever owned
This is the best headset I’ve ever owned. It will last for years. I am on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex meetings for hours every day and have always found the audio sound quality and ease of use to be excellent. The buttons allow you to easily control the volume and even end your call. These are not noise cancelling. They do not require additional software to be installed to work.

Perfect headset for your workstation!
This headset is a dream for anyone who places or receives calls from their computer, or who uses any kind of multimedia groupware, such as Skype, Zoom, WebEx, Chime, Teams, etc.. The headset is light and comfortable (2.6 ounces/74 grams excluding the cord), and the headband adjusts to fit heads big and small. The headphones are crystal-clear for vocals, and the microphone captures clear, full-fidelity audio, making your voice crystal-clear and lifelike in telephone conversation. The cord is approximately 8-feet long, with controls on the cord ergonomically placed an arm's length from the headset. These controls adjust the volume level, mute the microphone, and hang up the current call. They're easy enough to use, and though they're not clearly labeled (black embossed icons on black buttons), you'll quickly remember that the closer button mutes the mic while the farther one hangs up.I purchased this set after trying in vain for the past year to find a Bluetooth headset with a decent microphone and call fidelity. As much as I love the idea of a wireless headset and the conveniences it brings, Bluetooth just hasn't been able to deliver the goods, at least not unless you pay a lot of money for a premium headset. I'll spare the detailed explanation as to why this is so, just understand that lower-priced headsets don't make full use of the bandwidth available to Bluetooth and the end result is poor fidelity audio in both directions. USB headsets have two orders of magnitude more bandwidth to work with (480Mbps, vs 2Mbps) and delivers high quality sound in both directions. Cords be damned, this headset is superior to any Bluetooth set I have. For phone calls. This headset is NOT suitable for playing back music because it simply has no bass response. The headphones have small drivers, and the cups do not cover your ears to create a cavity suitable to reproduce low-frequency sounds. Sounds from 500Hz up are very clear and it does deliver stereo sound, but you won't hear kick drums or bass notes prominently. It's not a problem for me, because these are intended for use in a work setting, which is where I use them, and their purpose is to reproduce voices clearly, which they do astoundingly well. I listen to music on them when I work sometimes, and at low volume they are just fine. Just don't expect Sennheiser, Bose, or Sony studio quality out of these: you're buying a good work truck here, not a Rolls Royce.

really good sound
Great for work. The sound quality is really good, and I have had no complaints from those on the other end of the line. Comfortable, adjustable - works great

Probably better options
This was my second pair, they were so comfortable and lasted a long time. The new pair doesn't feel the same, not as soft. I wear them everyday. The new pair is also peeling around the ear and on top. This is just over a month of use.

Returned item
The headset arrived and the ear pieces were already peeling right out of the package. Returned item.

Comfortable
I like this headset for WFH because it is lightweight and the sound is good. Most of all, I like this because it doesn't squeeze my head.

Dry-rotted
I have been using exact same model I received 20 years ago. Only a couple of years ago did the ear-pads start to fall apart. Fortunately, I found a vendor on here selling replacement ear pads. They worked great. Then, this year the padding on the headband and microphone started to crack and fall off. So, it was time to get a new headset. I wanted exactly the same thing but it was not listed on the Jabra website. Then, I found a vendor selling brand new of this exact same model. I was overjoyed and ordered them. After about 3 weeks of enjoying the new headset, I notice the padding in the headband and ear-pads were showing signs of deterioration with foam pieces sprinkled on my clothes just like my old headset. It's as if the new set dry-rotted in storage for 20 years and then was advertised as new. It was too late for me to return it and now i have to find a "brand new" headset which doesn't self-destruct and pay 2 or 3 times the price.

Headset for work.
Light weight, small ear cups, boom mike. Comfortable. Wire comes out of the left ear cup. USB. I paid $15.67 which is a great price. If you like those features then this is a good headset.
